Activate or Reset Your NYCDOE Student Email Account
Please Note: A NYCDOE student email account is for use by both the parent and student. Parents please make sure you have your child's user id and password.

- After clicking the link, you will be asked for OSIS # (Student ID) and your date of birth.
- After entering this information, you will receive your user id. You cannot change your user id. Please write this down in a place where you can find it again to login.
- You will then be asked to reset your password. Please choose a password that you will remember. Please write down your password in a place where you can find it again
